1. General Information

By purchasing a ticket or attending any Fiction Addiction Events LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) event, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all attendees, staff, and participants.

2. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Fiction Addiction Events.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue changes, severe weather, safety concerns, or other events beyond our control.

  • In the event of cancellation by Fiction Addiction Events, attendees will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • Event lineups, schedules, special guests, or featured performers are subject to change without notice.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, vendors, performers, and fellow guests.

  • Harassment, discrimination, disorderly conduct, or violation of venue rules will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  • Costumes, cosplay, or props must be family-appropriate and comply with venue safety standards.

5. Photography & Media

  • By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by Fiction Addiction Events and its authorized representatives.

  • These images or recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

  • Outside photography and recording may be limited or restricted depending on event type.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Attendance and participation are at your own risk. Fiction Addiction Events LLC, its affiliates, staff, sponsors, and venues are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft that occurs before, during, or after the event.

  • Attendees agree to release and hold harmless Fiction Addiction Events LLC from any and all claims related to participation or attendance.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Some events may contain mature themes or content and may be restricted to attendees 18 years or older.

  • ID verification may be required upon entry. Minors will not be admitted to age-restricted events under any circumstances.

8. Vendors & Third-Party Participants

  • Vendors, sponsors, or performers at our events operate independently and are responsible for their own products, services, and conduct.

  • Fiction Addiction Events LLC is not liable for transactions or interactions between attendees and third-party vendors.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
