Refund Policy – Fiction Addiction Events

1. General Information
By purchasing a ticket or attending any Fiction Addiction Events LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) event, you agree to abide by the following Refund Policy. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all attendees, staff, and participants.

2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Fiction Addiction Events.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue changes, severe weather, safety concerns, or other events beyond our control.

In the event of cancellation by Fiction Addiction Events, attendees will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of the Company.

Event lineups, schedules, special guests, or featured performers are subject to change without notice.
4. Apparel & Merchandise Policy
All shirts and apparel items are made to order through our third-party production partner. Because each item is printed specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or ordering the wrong size. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, you must contact us before returning the product. Notification must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Size exchanges or discretionary returns may be offered only at our discretion and at the customer’s expense. If an exchange is approved, a new order must be placed and the customer will be responsible for any associated costs. Customers residing in Brazil who wish to withdraw from a purchase must contact us within 7 consecutive days of receipt and provide a photo of the item for evaluation. Refunds are not available if a product has been used or damaged, even partially.
